King, Jim Peterick (Epic Records), and Steve Dahl; in venues that include the Tonight Show, Newport Jazz Festival, Carnegie Hall, Hollywood Bowl, Budukan (Tokyo), Chicagofest, Radio City Music Hall, Summerfest (Milwaukee), Poplar Creek and Holiday Star Theater.
